You’re absolutely right. In the long run, a steady routine is the most beneficial. :) I am trying to work out a routine that works for me, but it’s taking a while to figure out what’s optimal in terms of sleep pattern, managing the day job etc. Till then, these five-minute sessions are helping me stay in touch with what I love best. And I’m sure lots of writers can relate to this. :)
